Refunds and Returns

We want you to be delighted with your new purchase.  Please review your item(s) upon delivery.

If there is an issue with your order, please email our customer service team within three (3) days of receipt.  If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we’ll make them right. 

Custom orders generally cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a product defect.

In case of any fault on our part, we promise to either:

  1. Re-deliver a replacement product, or

  2. Issue a full refund

  • as per the customer's choice.
